The City of Richmond Hill commissioned Eduardo Diaz Ocampo to paint Bell Box at Shirley and Golden Oak Intersection in celebration of “RH150”, the City’s 150th Anniversary. For each project, artists were asked to capture Richmond Hill’s past, present and future to provide a sense of social connectivity and community pride.
Eduardo Diaz Ocampo has his own art company called ”Mr. Laylo’s Artistry Co.” He has painted numerous outdoor murals across Canada and the United States, including restaurants, lounges, residential walls, outdoor fences, outdoor walls, festivals, and food trucks. He has also instructed workshops with Richmond Hill Public Library on the art of spray painting.
