Graffiti Transformation Project

Completed: 2004

Graffiti Transformation Project funded by the City of Toronto in 2004, led by Cecil Harbourfront Community Centre. This project is intended to address youth unemployment as well as neighbourhood planning, improvement & revitalization issues.
