WALS is a training program as part of Mural Routes’ MURALI – Mural Art Learning Institute ‘s inaugural year. The Wall Art Learning Series features a sequence of talks designed to better equip emerging and mid-career artists working in wall art, deepening their understanding of the field and gaining technical skills for career success.

The program requires no commitment to attend multiple sessions; all topics are chosen based on artist needs and knowledge gaps in the field, and artists are free to choose those topics that are most relevant to their practice and current level of knowledge.

Session 1 will be held on Monday, March 21st from 5:30-8pm at Artscape Youngplace (180 Shaw Street, Toronto).

While Mural Routes seeks to provide free learning opportunities wherever possible, as a high-quality professional development opportunity, this WALS session will have an accompanying cost of $20, or $15 for Mural Routes members. To become a Mural Routes member please visit http://www.muralroutes.com/joinus.htm.

Spaces are limited and registration is required. Register for Session 1 below or contact Natalie Dewan, Program Coordinator, at natalie@muralroutes.com or 416-698-7995.
