Create space for life, keep space for waterways

Completed: 2021

This mural depicts dark hands digging or separating the earth to create a waterway path that winds like a blue snake. Lots of ferns and cat tails surround the water’s edge. These hands are both cutting a path for the lively waterway to travel but also allow for the life-giving water to access these plant ecosystems. There are insects like dragonflies that float amongst the plants, while sparkles hang above the water.
