A landscape scene is seen on the left of a river with a water fall, and 4 tipis on the rocks. A canoe is at the shore. Above the scene is a woman with her head held back and eyes closed, an eagle just below her and a dream catcher behind. A bull skull and a pair of hands holding water are just next to them. On the right side of the image are 5 figures, who sit in front of a night sky with fireworks, and buildings.
