I've
been
a
practicing
visual
artist
for
almost
20
years
but
it
wasn't
until
October
2021
that
I
got
into

mural
painting.
I
was
accepted
into
a

mural
mentorship
workshop
and
was
hooked
immediately!
I
completely
fell
in
love
with
spray
painting
and
I
thrived
off
the
community
vibes.
In
the
spring
and
summer
of
2022
I
was
given
access
to
an
abandoned
building
in
which
I
was
able
to
practice
my
aerosol
skills
and
find
my
painting
style,
a
project
for
which
I
received
a
skill
development
grant
from
the
Canada
Council
for
the
Arts.
All
of
this
prepared
me
for
2023,
when
my

mural
painting
really
took
off!
Last
year
I
painted
16

murals,
four
of
which
were
international,
I
assisted
on
several
of
professional

murals,
and
I
live-painted
at
multiple
events.
This
is
just
the
beginning
of
my
life
as
a

muralist.
I
can't
wait
to
see
where
2024
takes
me.
