Alixandra Jade is the owner of a multidisciplinary art and design company, Alixandra Jade Art & Design Co., that specializes in creating hand painted murals to help enhance and personalize homes, businesses, and communities.

Alixandra Jade Art & Design Co. has worked with a range of clients to create hand painted murals and wall art in a variety of places such as restaurants, car shops, gyms, physiotherapy clinics, multi-million dollar homes, educational facilities, and offices. Some well-known brands and companies Alixandra Jade has worked with include Rogers Place, The Brick, Lululemon, Boston Pizza, and Porsche just to name a few. 

Alixandra has Bachelor of Design with Distinction in Visual Communications, specializing in Business Marketing from the University of Alberta. She started her art career off as lululemon’s infamous ‘Chalk Chick’ with over 100 chalk art creations in their stores across North America and quickly transitioned into a professional muralist. Prior to launching Alixandra Jade Art & Design Co., she worked three years in the wedding industry for two of Edmonton’s top wedding planning companies where I gained valuable organizational and business skills.

As a versatile artist, Alixandra’s joy is working one on one with clients to find visual solutions. Her style can be described as a variety of things depending on the subject matter; bold, abstract, stylized realism, or ‘street’ with quality and sophistication. She creates murals by hand which adds a personal touch that people feel a connection to in today’s digital world.

Alixandra believes that art can be more than just visually and aesthetically pleasing. She strives to create murals that are functional. Whether they relay a direct message to the viewers, help encompass a company’s brand, or even serve as a backdrop for pictures, murals make a unique statement. Every blank wall is a new opportunity, a new challenge.
