Introduction to Mural Art Showcase: East End

You are invited to our upcoming Mural Art Showcase, featuring the designs of our Introduction to Mural Art program participants!

Introduction to Mural Art connects basic art and design techniques to the practical skills of mural making, empowering community members of all ages and backgrounds to participate in public wall art projects. Over the past six weeks, a diverse group of participants at Secord Community Centre have developed their skills in areas such as drawing, painting, stenciling, and enlarging techniques, and have brought these skills to the creation of large-scale collaborative mural designs.

The artists will be present to share and discuss their work.

The showcase will take place on Thursday, May 4th, 2017 at the Bluffs Gallery (1859 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON) from 5:30-8:00pm.,
