Youth Paint Parkdale 2020

Mural Routes has been monitoring the guidance of Canada Public Health regarding the evolving COVID-19 situation. Our top priority is for the health and well-being of our staff and participants. For this reason, our Youth Paint Parkdale program has been postponed and Mural Routes’ office will be closed until further notice. A free visual art learning program for local youth (ages 14-19) during 2020 March Break. Participants learn basic art, design, and mural-making skills from professional artists, gaining the skills and confidence to participate in public art projects in their communities. During the program participants will work on a collaborative design which they will also paint as part of the StreetARToronto Lansdowne Underpass transformation in the summer.
