Variety Village Stenciling for Community Mural

Are you interested in participating in the Variety Village Community Mural Project? Then please register for one of the following dates to learn the techniques involved in stencil making for murals. With a focus on how stenciling can enhance and expedite the creation of a mural, participants will translate their own design into a stencil and learn the most effective techniques for printing it.

This in-person Stenciling for Community Mural Workshop is free to attend, supplies are provided, and is intended to be fun for the whole family to participate in learning skills to contribute to the final Variety Village Community Mural Project.

Choose one of the following workshops:

Wednesday, April 6th, from 4:30pm – 7:30pm
Thursday, April 7th, from 4:30pm – 7:30pm
Friday, April 8th, from 4:30pm – 7:30pm

Location: The Variety Village (cafeteria), 3701 Danforth Ave, Scarborough, ON M1N 2G2

Participant Limit: 20 people per workshop. Participants 10 years of age and young must be accompanied by a supervisor who can assist them throughout the workshop.

Registration deadline: Monday, April 4, 2022, at midnight.
*Priority will be given to Variety Village members.
