Mural Routes, in partnership with Variety Village, is pleased to present Series 7 in our online mosaic workshop for seniors with funding provided by the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program.
Series 7 will see returning participants work in more advanced projects – mosaics art for outdoors – with experienced mosaic mural artist Cristina Delago. As part of this program, delivered virtually, each participant will create their own piece of mosaic artwork to contribute to a larger installation that will be on display at Variety Villages’ Scarborough location.
Series 7 online workshops will take place over Zoom starting Wed. October 11th to Wed. November 1st on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 1:30pm to 4:00pm (10 sessions total)

Pick up of materials will tentatively be Tuesday Oct 10th from 11am-2pm at Variety Village. This will be confirmed closer to the date with registered participants. Additional dates meet up for grouting and unveiling of the final artwork are yet to be determined and will sent to participants once confirmed.
We are also able to provide some participants with the tech equipment necessary to join the online workshops.
