Is the current mural out of date and is need of some updated information? Complete the following form.

Mural Details

Enter the full street address, including province and postal code. If the mural is not located at a street number, please use closest street intersection (eg. Main Street at King Road). Mural must be located in Canada.
Provide additional details about the mural to be included in the listing. Please include: organization responsible for the mural (if any), date created, any acknowledgements, and other known details.
Please describe any information related to the accessibility features (or lack of) that are related to the location of the mural.
Upload an image of the mural to be highlighted at the top of the listing.
Images must be at least 800pixels wide to display properly.
Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, jpeg
Max. file size: 5 MB.
The alt text of an image may be used by screen readers and other assistive technologies to help differently-abled users understand the content of your image.
